What is C12 Visa - Business / Pre-Investment

This visa is intended for prospective foreign investors conducting market surveys or investment feasibility studies in Indonesia. This visa is valid for a single entry with a stay of up to 180 days, and can be extended once for another 180 days.

This visa does not permit employment, paid activities, or any form of income generation in Indonesia.

This Visa Can be Used For

  1. Carrying out activities related to business establishment, including field surveys and/or feasibility studies.
  2. Carrying out activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

With this visa, you CAN NOT

  1. Perform PAID work.
  2. Exit and re-enter Indonesia.
  3. Stay in Indonesia after your visa expires.

Requirements

  1. Scan of passport that is still valid for at least 6 months since arrival
  2. Photo (half body, neatly dressed, no accessories)
  3. Bank statement with a minimum ending balance of 5000 USD which includes personal name, bank name, transaction period and ending balance
  4. Travel Ticket (If Any)

    5. *You are required to have a guarantor/sponsor to apply for this visa.
