What is D12 Visa - Multiple Entry For Pre-Investment Visa

The D12 visa is designed for prospective investors who need sufficient time in Indonesia to conduct market surveys, feasibility studies, or other investment preparation.

This visa allows multiple visits with a validity of 1 or 2 years, with a maximum stay of 180 days per visit. Visa extensions are flexible, and the visa can be converted to a KITAS.

The D12 visa is available with a validity of 1 year or 2 years

D12 Visa (1 Year)

Visa holders can enter and exit Indonesia multiple times within 12 months from the date of issue.

D12 Visa (2 Year)

Valid for a period of 24 months with the right to enter and exit several times.

The D12 visa, available for 1-year or 2-year validity, permits a maximum stay of 180 days per visit. After each 180-day period, the visa holder must exit Indonesia before re-entry.

⚠️ The distinction between the 1-year and 2-year visas lies not in the permitted stay per visit, but in the overall validity period, applicable fees, and the level of trust accorded to the sponsor/applicant.

This Visa Can be Used For

  1. Exit and re-enter into Indonesia.
  2. Carry out activities related to business: conduct meetings, purchase and check goods at offices, factories, or production sites.
  3. Discuss, negotiate, and/or sign business contracts.
  4. Conduct activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

Requirements

  1. Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months from entry date.
  2. A recent colour photograph.
  3. A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD $5000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
  4. Scan of Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  5. Scan of Travel Itinerary.
  6. A birth certificate for a child under 18 years old.

    7. *You are required to have a guarantor/sponsor to apply for this visa.
